At Get Your Solar Power, we offer secure and convenient payment options to ensure a smooth checkout experience for all customers in South Africa.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:


  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Debit Cards (Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit)

  • Bank Transfer (EFT)

All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).

2. Secure Payment Processing


  • All card payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers

  • We do not store your full card details on our servers

  • Transactions are protected using industry-standard encryption and security measures

3. Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you confirm that:


  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • All payment details provided are accurate and complete

  • Sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment authorization fails.

4. Bank Transfer (EFT) Payments

If you choose to pay via bank transfer (EFT):


  • Payment instructions will be provided at checkout or via email

  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and cleared

  • EFT payments may take 1–3 business days to reflect

Important:


  • Please use your order number as the payment reference

  • Orders not paid within 3 business days may be automatically cancelled

5. Order Confirmation


  • Once payment is successfully received, you will receive an order confirmation email

  • For EFT payments, confirmation will only be sent after funds have cleared

6. Pricing & Charges


  • All prices are listed in ZAR (South African Rand)

  • Prices displayed at checkout include applicable costs, excluding shipping unless stated

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

There are no hidden fees.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined:


  • Please verify your payment details

  • Contact your bank or card provider

  • Alternatively, choose another payment method

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card provider.

8. Refunds


  • Refunds are processed according to our Returns & Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
