At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered during special campaigns and will be clearly indicated on our website.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (SAST) will be processed the following business day.

Once your order is shipped:

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

If your order has already shipped, you must follow our return process.

Address Changes

  • Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has started

If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received:

  • We will assist where possible, but responsibility lies with the courier once delivery is confirmed
