Get Your Solar Power is a South African company providing solar energy solutions, including consultation, design, supply, installation, and maintenance of solar energy systems.

- All quotes provided are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and may include or exclude VAT, as specified.
- A deposit may be required before work commences.
- Final payment is due according to the terms outlined in your quotation or invoice.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to changes in material costs, exchange rates, or circumstances beyond our control, subject to applicable law.
4. Installation and Services
- Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, load shedding, supply chain delays, or site conditions.
- You are responsible for ensuring access to the installation site and that the site complies with all relevant regulations.
- Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional costs.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
- Equipment warranties are provided by the relevant manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions.
- Workmanship warranties, if offered, will be detailed in your service agreement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted power supply, savings, or performance beyond manufacturer specifications and system design assumptions.
6. Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA). Where there is a conflict between these Terms and the CPA, the CPA shall prevail.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:
- Get Your Solar Power shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
- This does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under the law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Get Your Solar Power or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
